About Aryanne
Aryanne works as a chartered psychologist, executive coach, author, interactive presenter and workshop facilitator. She combines business psychology and professional acting in her coaching and development projects.
Aryanne worked for three consultancy firms before setting up her business in London in early 1994. Since then she has designed and delivered over 180 bespoke executive coaching programmes and over 150 tailored professional skills workshops for clients based in the UK, Europe and North America. Aryanne was a supplier of executive coaching to the London 2012 Games (ODA).
In 2002 she re-located to rural Yorkshire. She now lives on a non-commercial farm from where she runs her business, has a coaching and development venue and keeps rare breed sheep.
Interactive Presentations
Aryanne is a regular interactive presenter at conferences and client events. She presents with or without enacted scenarios performed by her professional actor colleagues. Recent interactive presentations have involved Aryanne working with an audience of senior marketeers on the differences between bullying, adversarial and political behaviour in the workplace; and working with three different senior public sector audiences on the impact, consequences and tactics associated with adversarial and bullying behaviour in workplace relationships.
In 2012 Aryanne spoke on Recovery from Workplace Bullying at AAMET’s Conference in York . She described the dynamics involved in a bullying workplace relationship, the emotional and psychological impact of severe bullying, and how her coaching process helps her clients to detoxify, learn to protect themselves from future attacks, regain their self-confidence and return to top performance. Previously, Aryanne has spoken at the BPS Annual Conference on Stress Levels Among South Yorkshire Probation Service Officers and at the British Association for the Advancement of Science on Creativity in Business.
She has also presented twice at Institute of Directors Breakfast Meetings on Politics, Power and Profit; and has appeared on BBC Radio and Channel 4 speaking about Creativity in Business and Customer Complaints Handling respectively.
