The Coaching Process

Your executive coaching programme will be structured around your work commitments. It will involve you in a series of scheduled meetings.

The process will be bespoke and could include:

  • Tailored, qualitative feedback from a 360 process.
  • Feedback from selected self-report questionnaires which focus on your personality and style at work, leadership skills, emotional intelligence skills, workplace values, conflict handling tools and personal power preferences.
  • A series of roleplay coaching meetings at which you can practise using new and improved skills and tactics in role-plays you select to reflect real-life challenges you are handling at work.
  • A series of coaching meetings at which to discuss the implications of the data, evaluate your performance, identify performance improvements, assess your progress and feed back on your success at utilising new strategies in the workplace.
