Each workshop is constructed so that you receive input on the skills you want to learn, discuss the issues in varied and interactive formats, practise using key techniques and tactics in tailored roleplays and return to work ready to demonstrate sustained behaviour change.
Each workshop in our portfolio was initially designed as a bespoke process for a specific client. But we also amend existing workshop processes for subsequent clients and design new workshops as well.
