Team Audit
Team Audit is a half or one-day programme for project, virtual or dedicated team members who want to evaluate performance improvements.
You will assess the stage to which your team has developed before measuring team performance on nine key indicators of team efectiveness. These indicators include clarity about the team’s goals and objectives, the quality of decision–making and problem–solving processes in the team, the appropriateness of leadership to the team′s needs, the levels of trust and support maintained by team members and how effectively team colleagues resolve conflict and co–operate with one another. Having discussed the implications of the Team Audit findings you will work together to construct workable action plans to address key areas for improvement.
Team Facilitation Skills
Team Facilitation Skills is a two-day programme for people in a managerial role, or for people ear–marked to become managers in the future. It will equip you with in-depth development in the core people-handling skills you need to be effective at managing a range of different people in your team.
The workshop will provide you with development and practise around three key managerial skills: coaching, delegating and giving developmental feedback, the essential tools in a manager′s toolkit. The workshop will provide you with input, exercises, and practise at using the three skills and involve you in at least one tailor–made role–play that will challenge you to employ two of the three management skills simultaneously.
