Leadership Forum

Leadership Forum is a one-day workshop for senior managers and leaders. The workshop will enable you to step back from your day-to-day role and review your effectiveness as a leader. By the end of the workshop you will be clear about your strengths and areas for development, and will have constructed an Action Plan to help you develop further. The workshop uses feedback from personality and leadership skills questionnaires to provide you with in–depth feedback on your leadership style, values and behaviours; and with a comparison between your view of your leadership skills and those of up to twelve of your followers. You will leave the workshop with a benchmark against which to measure your future development as a leader.

Leading People Through Change

Leading People Through Change is a half or one-day workshop for managers, leaders and teams affected by organisational change. The workshop focuses on how to maintain effective performance during times of significant change. It will enable you to step back from a process of change and review your reaction along with those of your team members. The workshop will provide you with insight into how the process of change affects organisations and individuals so that you can lead your team effectively through the change cycle. The workshop draws on lessons from mergers, internal re–structuring exercises and take–overs to present a blue print for the effective management of people during times of organisational change.

Influencing Clients

Influencing Clients is a two-day workshop for people for whom influencing clients is a key part of their role. The workshop will suit you if you want to become more effective at influencing your clients, selling the value of your services to them, securing client buy-in to your plans, and maintaining productive relationships with your client contacts. It will equip you with increased awareness about the impact of your current influencing strategies and tactics on your client contacts. The workshop reviews the effectiveness of nine influencing strategies in securing the outcomes you want, and will help you to more quickly identify which of a range of influencing tactics – and conflict handling tactics – to adopt with your different clients. You will have the opportunity to practise new tactics and approaches in a tailored role-play with a professional actor taking the part of one of clients.
